In March 2013, Coca-Cola set out to break down barriers and create a simple moment of connection between two nations — India and Pakistan. The initiative “Small World Machines” provided a live communications portal between people in India and Pakistan and showed that what unites us is stronger than what sets us apart. The key to engaging with each other through the machines was simple: people in India and Pakistan could complete a task, like touching hands, drawing peace, love, and happiness symbols — together.
This Project came about through a few channels. I did a fashion show film with Caren Templet, who wanted to have some of her clothing that would be in this shoot filmed as well. Caren referred me to Mary Kinney of Sister Brother Style. Mary and Lauri, from Zoom Photography had had an idea for an African inspired photo/fashion shoot. This is the story of Casper and Themba. Thank You to Caren, for sending me to Mary. Thank You Mary and Lauri for letting me work on this project with you, and thank you to all of the vendors who did such a great job. I hope this film represents all of your hard work and you enjoy it.

With a ratty blonde mohawk weave, enough drag makeup to make any 4 AM Hollywood Blvd. streetwalker jealous and some sort of loud Hawaiian print blazer, Dennis Rodman hit up “The All-Star Celebrity Apprentice” finale in New York City on Sunday … looking like the bastard love child of Rupaul and Tina Turner in “Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome.”
The 52-year-old former NBA star turned clown finally managed to do something worse than vacation with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un.
He is the United States embarrassador.
Mary J. Blige’s financial woes have QUADRUPLED — on top of the $900k she allegedly owes the Garden State, TMZ has learned MJB has been slapped with a $3.4 MILLION bill from Uncle Sam.
The IRS filed a federal tax lien against the Grammy winner, claiming she failed to pay all her income taxes for the years 2009 ($574,907.30), 2010 ($2,203,743.53) and 2011 ($647,604.60).
Tax bill grand total: $3,426,255.43. Translation: A LOT OF FREAKING MONEY.
Of course, the IRS needs to get in line … the State of NJ says MJB still owes $901,769.65 in back taxes. Blige is being sued for allegedly defaulting on a $2.2 million bank loan and her charity is facing a lawsuit that claims it took out a $250k loan and never paid it back.

A grand jury decided not to indict the officer, ruling the incident an accident.
President Barack Obama, in a soaring commencement address on work, sacrifice and opportunity, told graduates of Morehouse College Sunday to seize the power of their example as black men graduating from college and use it to improve people’s lives.
Noting the Atlanta school’s mission to cultivate, not just educate, good men, Obama said graduates should not be so eager to join the chase for wealth and material things, but instead should remember where they came from and not “take your degree and get a fancy job and nice house and nice car and never look back.”

Though Nicki Minaj gave Lil Wayne a lap dance, Justin Bieber beat out Bruno Mars for the fan voted milestone award, J-Lo’s crotch got a camera close-up and Prince didn’t press his hair, the 2013 Billboards Awards will be remembered by many as the night singer Miguel took a flying leap off stage and drop-kicked two fans like it was WWE amateur night.
